Quinoa restaurant Eds alpaca saltado with quinoa and vegetables The meat was tougher than beef but had a nice flavour. Tricky to tell if this is the type of meat or just how it's cooked. The quinoa vegetables were done perfectly. Think I prefer quinoa for breakfast rather than a main.
