Devilled eggs.
The hard boiled yokes are taken out and mixed with mayo and a crab caviar.
The cavier didn't have much taste but the eggs were light and mayonnaisy heaven.
They came with a frisée and radish salad with a french shallot vinegrette. I love emulsified salad dressings. Maybe because it feels like someone has gone the extra mile!

Chicken tenders. Didn't eat didn't so after Brian and Leslie's drinks in the bubble lounge food was essential.
These tasted like they looked. Overcooked dry possible not made if chicken... But at this time of night ... amazing!!
