Really enjoyed this. Think the amount of roe was perfect. It's a great topping or garnish but think its not best suited as a full nigiri.

A great buzz in restaurant. Chefs all cheer and say something when new customers come in. Massive queues always. Not surprising Hokkaido is known for sushi. :).
