Gunkan maki Tsuna sarada Tuna salad. Like coleslaw. But really fresh crunchy mild flavoured. Tasty. There is a big ball of delicious rice in all of the dishes under the fish too. As always the sushi rice is amazing. Sticky. Slightly Sweeter and more flavour than other rice. Less fluffy. Sometimes even salty but not here.

Gunkan maki Kani roe Crab roe Crunchy. Salty and sweet. Really happy ordered it but probably couldn't eat much of this.

Nigiri Madai Sea bream Absolutely divine. As soft as butter, delicate light fresh sea taste.

Gunkan maki Hotate natto Scallop with fermented soy bean Scallop was cooked and really fresh cold. The soy bean paste was really overpowering for the light flavour of the scallop. Possibly too much soy.

Gunkan maki Battleship roll Ebi- mayo Shrimp and mayo The quality of the ingredients are so fresh and delicious no need for the mayo. Also Japanese mayo isn't as rich it tasted slightly watered down. Still very tasty.
