Locanda di Gusti Pasta course Ricotta filled ravioli. Know this isn't a great photo but what I wanted to show you is how they serve the dishes with cutlery on them. I like how simple and rustic it is. Pasta was perfectly cooked.

Locanda di Gusti Pasta course. Carbonara. Could have been lighter and hotter. I think they had cream in it too which wasn't great. Or maybe too much cheese. Either way it was simply too heavy. Hard to do carbonara as part of a selection as this dish really has to go from pan to face. Not sit on a table waiting to be passed around 6 people.

Locanda di Gusti Part of the pasta selection. Not sure if I mentioned there were 6 of us out for dinner. In case you thought I'd just gone on a massive binge fest. Pea pasta. This was nice as part of a selection but you couldn't eat much of it as its quite heavy.

Locanda di Gusti Part of the starter selection Warm deep fried courgettes. These were slightly sweet and simply gorgeous. Everyone loved them.

Locanda di Gusti As part of the starter selection. Grilled vegetables Pasta squares. Served cold. Quite like the concept of these. Would be great for a picnic or lunch box.
