Parque arauco Boat restaurant. This was just popped on our table before we ordered. Green olive hummus, tomato salsa and a spicy herby butter. They called it a hummus rather than a tapenade but think it was more a tapenade as no hummus!

Lastarria barrio Wild Patagonian boar in a mustard sauce. Ed said it was ####ing incredible !!

Barrio Lastarria Walked all the way the street past loads of cool street venders. Found this restaurant on a corner. It was full of happy Chileans I had this ocean salad. Really fresh squid and prawns. They don't dress the salads here rather I had oil and vinegar on my table so all to my taste. I love iceberg lettuce. I just love lettuce. There I've said it. I eat it nearly every day and just love how crispy and thirst quenching it is.
