This will be our final post in Malaysia! These weeks have flew by we can't believe we are going to Singapore already!

We got the bus to Melaka from KL only 2 hours away so was brill! Our hotel was a bit out of the way but it was £8 a night an had its own bathroom!!! Absolutely made up!! We had a little look round an were warned everything closes round 7. We went out for dinner an Yep everything was closed bar 3 places an one of them was the Hard Rock Cafe, needless to say we weren't going there. Ended up taking some whisky back to the room an watching a film.

Over the next few days here we did all the main sights. Numerous museums which Mike was obviously made up with! We walked round the heritage site which had the windmill, clock rows an all the flashing rickshaws! We went on the river cruise which was quite good, took us down through the town. We also took a hike up St Paul's Hill to see the old church.

Tonight is our last night an we finally found where the night life is at! Along the river they have few little bars overlooking the old town. Had a lovely time just having a few drinks an a gab!

We're off to Singapore tomorrow so I'll update again when we have conquered our 6th country!
