Hi guys, Still abit behind but here is the east coast of Americe. Arrived in Philly to stay with Lucy on the monday evening (Simon was away getting mud from mangroves!) It was great to meet Lucy who Ben went to Uni with and to experience Philly. We spent a couple of days seeing the sights and taking it all in and then going to Washington DC for the day where we jam packed loads of sights in. I showed Ben where Pete and Yvonne lived and we visited the white house, washington monument (as shown) Lincoln memorial, Vietnam memorial, Holocaust museum, National air and space museum, Georgetown and Capitol Hill. We then travelled to New York a couple of days ago, on the Chinatown to chinatown bus where we are spending 4 nights before we come home. Have already blitzed most of New York and are having a great time. We are currently in the Apple store updating the journal and then off to Central Park to chill for a couple of hours after a hectic morning of shopping.
