Day 29 - London
Today of full of excitement!!
After a big night the morning was full of packing up, checking out and meeting Laura!!

We went into BUCKINGHAM PALACE!! The security to get in strict! We went through all the official state rooms and the quadrangle!! It was SPECTULAR! But the ultimate highlight was 'the commoners dress!!'

Kate Middleton's dress on display with her shoes, earrings, tiara and wedding cake were amazing! Can't believe we saw it up close in the flesh!! Just amazing!! It was the best!!! We stopped in the garden at the cafe for a sweet treat, and the chocolate dust was in the shape of a crown!!! It was a sheer delight!! We walked through the graceful and beautiful gardens with the lake, only the south side!! Photo opportunities everywhere!! (none inside as it was not permitted)

We then headed to Waterloo to pick up the car! We haggled with the hire company and got a cute very sporty dzi Citroen for the cost of a small car!! Back to the hotel to collect our bags and we were on our way!!

The journey out of London took forever, damn traffic! We didn't arrive in Brighton until 8:30pm!! We found the Travelodge at a decent price and booked in!!
