FARFRUMWURKEN
Today marks the 15th day since we left Vancouver and the 13th day of our Eurodam cruise. As I said yesterday it's going to be a relaxing one as we prepare for the next 4-city, 6 day blitz before we get another sea day.
I’m scheduled for a Texas tournament at 1:30 and then we’re off to catch the 2:00 pm meeting in the Main Stage that reviews our upcoming ports of call with the Eurodam destination team. As I’ve said earlier, we do have this Special Beverage Card that entitles us to "unlimited" drinks (which includes water, diet coke as well as cocktails) for most part as I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get to the 15 I’m allowed. It seems that each morning as we have breakfast in our room, my eyes seem to go directly to the event titled “Friends of Bill W” – this is not say that I’ve consumed too much – it’s just overwhelming to know that it’s free and not subject to a 15% gratuity.
Tonight was a fun night. Our table mates Oscar and Annabelle were celebrating ten years of marriage and a 40th birthday for Oscar. So off to B.B. King Motown Review we went. We danced, we drank and we danced until 12:00 midnight when both of these two occasions came into play. Once the lights went on in the Queen’s Lounge we thought we better retire so that we could make the Tallinn trip at 8:30 tomorrow morning.
