Hello everyone!! I have recovered from three days of Chinese New Year celebrations. The streets were absolutely packed every evening and it was hard to walk along the streets. The Chinese New Year celebrations are happening in Phuket Town! From 7th to 9th February there are numerous street parties going on, singing, processions and of course FOOD!! Since we last spoke I have been on a bit of a fitness regime! Hopefully I will lower my blood pressure the natural way and will be able to stop the tablets.
