Had to get out of China for Chinese New Year.. in case you havent bee there then its incredibly crowded with fireworks being let off at all hours.. think 1am 2am 3am 3am 5am etc... Police say thye arent allowed but that seems to be ignored. So.. headed to Miu Ne Southern Vietnam. Great stay in Takelau resort, Phan Thiet. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Had a week in Hoi An Vietnam. Hwo delightful it was. Cheap it certainly was, pleasant it definately was , and the beach was blissfully quiet. 7 wonderful fun days in a nice old historic city that had an impressive mix of a great beach, old buildings and genuinely nice people. And cheap !
