Hello everyone- i know i didnt finish last time, and vaguelly remember where i had left off.  I think i was just finishing machupicchu- well that was amazing, tiring but amamzing.  The area that we walked through was fantastic! Rainforest type places, the stpas going up and over the mountains, waterfalls.  You name it, it was all practically there.  We, as a four, had great fun in going through every single disney song and musical imaginable!  I dont think the other walkers were too impressed, either that or they found it really amusing!  ANyway, having finighed, we went down to the town below, to have food and catch the trrain form there.  We also saw the opddest dog ever!  It was kind of like and elephant and so had no hair, apart from little tuffts.  It must have known it was a freak or something as it kept running away from us, when we treid to take a photo of it.  We found out that it was a indigenous dog to the rainforest- great.

We then returned to cusco briefly, going quadbiking for the day, which was so much fun.  Carrying on then to a place called Huacachina. Its an oasis and so surrounded by sand dunes.  Here we went sand buggying and boarding, which was terrifying!  It was, this is the buggying- like a rollercoaster, but in a car going up and down the dunes.  All of us screamed like little girls, i am so glad no one else who knew us was there!  Sandboarding wsa a lot of fun and i did manage to stand up, i was terrrible though and it was only for about 2 seconds!

After staying in this place, where it nwas so lovely and hot and we just realxed and swam in a pool.  We went on to Pisco to see some amazing islands, were there were sea lions and penguins and hundresd and hundreds of all types of birds.  It was fantastic.

Now we are in Ecuador, having done a mamoth journey up the coast of Peru, stopping briefly in Lima, and to Moni's great delight, they had KFC!  Dear god!

Anyway, i must go as we are about to move on again, we are going to be packing in a lot of things in the next couple of weeks, rafting, going to the rainforest, maybe another trek, the beach, Cotopaxi, hots springs, quito.  I cant wait nad i will let you all know about it.
