'Ullo London! Arrived on British Airways and whisked off to our new digs at Cartwright Gardens Camden, not too far from the famous Cambden Markets which we will definitely visit again.
The size of the rooms were a bit of a shock to those of us not used to Central London but a couple of pints of flat warm British ale from the very conveniently located Mabel's Tavern literally next door and a solid English Pub meal and we "packed up our troubles in our old kit bag, and smiled, smiled smiled". We are in London Town!

Tonight we catch the tube to see the Lion King in the West End. Jeannie and I will do our best to stay awake unlike our shameful treatment of the Phantom of the Opera where we fell asleep twice- once at the start of the first act and then at the start of the second act.

To be fair we had just flown in from Australia and it was opera-like.
