We have made it to London! We survived the long-haul flight, to be greeted by another connection, this time the tube. We struggled to have enough cash on us to buy our transport cards (oyster cards) and with our bank cards not working, we had to pull all our strings (cards) together to get enough loaded onto them. 2 tubes & 1 train later and we had made it to our accomodation for the night. Here we are again at the airport. It has been a weird feeling over the last few days, just knowing that the inevidable goodbyes were looming around the corner. Bags packed, goodbyes said, customs cleared and Calvin & I were on our way to London! The flight was long, I slpet a lot and watched a couple of movies. Excited, but with a heavy heart knowing how much I would miss home for the next 6 months.
