hi guys, first round of footy finals dead and buried. the Mighty kangas got flogged as did Melbourne, so they are both out. St Kilda and West coast have gone straight through to the prelim and next week AdelaidevPort and Swans v Geelong. Port flogged kangas by 15 goals today.....very sad. Went trout fishing with G, Di and Boog this weekend, caught nothing saw a bit of snow at Matlock, so we did a bit of a pub crawl till be got to Jamison. had a nice weekend......see you

footy finals are as follows first round this weekend. the Mighty Kangaroos v Port, Melbourne v Geelong (uncle George is gloating but still has no idea who plays for Geelong), Swan's v WestCoast and Adelaide v Stkilda (yeah Dave is gloating too but he has some idea) top 8 finished like this Top Adelaide,West Coast, Swans, St Kilda, Mighty Kangaroos,Geelong, Melbourne and then Port. It is actually a lot easy being on the other side of the world because Collingwood losing every game is not constantly thrown in our face, but it is also good to see that Essendon and Carlton arnt doing much better. I just hope that the Aussies win the ashes because we will never hear the end of it when we go back to London.

To summarise what the Smith's said, basically Melbourne is in the finals if we beat Essendon and Collingwood is already looking to pick up Jansen in the draft as they have no hope of making it. I no the pain is no less being on the other side of the world boys so... C'MON THE DEES

you asked for it so here goes West Coast on top 4 points behind are Adelaide, Stkilda in 3rd Sydney then the mighty kangaroos, Geelong Freo and Melbourne. Port, Brisbane and the bullies are still in with a slight chance. Carlton bottom closely followed by you guessed it COLLINGWOOD. Eddie still thinks he knows everything but I reckon Spider Everett might pull off the Brownlow.
