With all the talk of low lake levels and the impending power crisis to follow, we've decided to do our bit by leaving the country. A bit extreme perhaps but hey it's been all of 7 months since our last trip. Things will be a bit different this time though as there a now 3 of us.
Anyway, we start by visiting Neil and Gill in York, followed by a week of R&R in Wiltshire, before decending on Sally's uncle, John, in France. Yes, he knows we're coming, not sure he knows what he's in for though. Hope to spend a few months traveling around the continent. Then as usual it's back to London for a couple of weeks, to catch up with everyone and a spot of shopping. Given that you can never really count on a Northern Hemisphere summer we've arranged to warm up for a week in Singapore on the way back.
In all we'll be gone for 14 weeks and potentially create a carbon footprint large enough to negate gov3's efforts, but someone's got to do it!
So follow us on the map, have a good laugh at our expense, as usual, and don't forget to keep in touch with the message board.
