Hello again, Had a day out in Delhi today, was a busy one! First off we went to the Laxmi Naryan Tample, which is a Hindu temple (the photo above). It was interesting to see the people offering flowers to the idols and then receiving the coloured dots on their forehead. After this we went to Humayun's Tomb. Hey guys, It's day one and we're in Delhi. Arrived at about 10.30 local time, the weathers in the twenties so its not too hot. Had a hair-raising tax ride from the airport to the hotel, which will probably be the first of many. On the way we saw kids begging on the side of the road- onto our window in the taxi, the whole Delhi atmosphere is a bit of a shock to the system.
