After stressing A LOT about getting the wrong boarder crossing and ending up going miles in the wrong direction, we found a man who said he would get us to Koh Chang before the last boat. Josh and I were both a little sceptical but we didn't have a choice so we handed over our money and prayed. When we got on the bus there was scam bus and don't pay these people written all over the seats in front of us, so we started to get more than a little worried. Then we were ushered intpo a cafe, told that a guy would [pick us up in 2 hours, and left. We had nothing to do but wait. In 2 hours we were picked up, and surprisingly, we made it onto Koh Chang stress free. Rach was already there so we checked in and met her at a bar for some food and drinks to celebrate being alive. The next day was a beach chill out day. We had cocktails, swam in the sea, played with the most adorable puppies, swam in a river by a cafe and jumped off rope swings. We had pizza for tea, I don't think my body knew what to do. After spending a while chasing cockroaches round our rooms we collapsed into bed very content. Snorkling was day number two, we saw some AMAZING shoalls of fish, got sick on the boat and relaxed on a secluded island. Geoff met us that evening complete with passport! We checked into a nicer guest house, we have a room that is practically in the sea, with a balcony! People are waiting to go to the beach so I have to go! But we are very happy here!
