Here we are at PK's Jungle Village in the middle of a Rainforest!! WOW... Cape Tribulation beach is so pretty... although we have been warned not to swim in the sea due to the risk of Crocodiles!!! It's mating season so apparently it's not unusual for the Male crocs to be roaming around looking for the females!! Luckily we have a fresh water pool to swim in at the Hostel lol

We were picked up really early this morning and drove to Daintree River where we went on a boat to hunt for wild Crocs!! We saw 2 (one was just half a croc though as it was a baby)! lol... we also saw a snake in the tree hanging over the river... this is when I finally realised 'OMG... I'm in Australia''

We then drove further into 'The Bush' and were taken on a guided tour.... had such an amazing day, I have been sooo fricking scared all day but soooo worth it lol

PK's is ok... the dorm is very very very basic and smells of wee (feels a bit like a manky old prison cell) ... The communal shower room is absolutely minging aswell lol... no shower for me today people!!

We're booked in to stay here for 2 nights but have decided to head back early and get the hell out of here haha... We're going to Port Douglas tomorrow so looking forward to that :-)

Met some great girly's today.... Irish girls Lesley and Aine (Lesley lives in Brisbane and Aine has come over for a 2 week holiday). Swedish girls, Stephanie and Emma.... we all had a good few drinks around the pool and we have seen sooo many lizards and a couple of Golden Orb spiders - euurrgghh!!! Hate them, they are mahoosive... i will never complain about an English spider again!! LOL

Overall I had a great time in the Jungle but won't be hurrying back too soon :-)
