Hey there every on we firstly want to start by saying thank you so much for leaving all the comments they mean so much to us and help us through the tough times.

?Anyway enough of that emotional rubbish because we r havin the time of r lives so it doesnt really matter at least the comments will be there if we do need them. So please keep them comin.

?We have just got back from the most extreme trekking?we have ever done. It was like paying to work. The first 4hrs it was hammering it down and all 8 of us only had trainers on we were like drowned rats and very moody. But we carried on and we climbed crazy hills that we cudnt even stand up on just slipped every where! But once we reached are huts nothing seemed to matter we had the most fantastic view we had ever seen. Every one was so freindly and the food!!! oh my god! YUMMEY! We were so scared that they were going to feed us buggs but we had green curry and rice.

The guides family that night sang for us and also entertained us. They were brill and looked after us so well.We all slept in the same hut had very uncomfable beds but that was to be expected.

?The next mornin woke upto tea coffy eggs and toast lovely way to start the day the irish lads making us laugh more and more as we went on. We all had to put wet dirty socks and show on, well nearly all i put my socks near the fire so they dried and my shoes were alright.(bloody hate wet socks) anyway we set of again for about a 5 hour walkin day up and down the most exterme hills stopped for lunch at a waterfull. Amazing but v cold as you may see in the photo little emz stoob by the edge(she had more sense.) Jus as though cudnt get any better got to another waterfull bigger so of wid the clothe in we went untill the guide spotted a snake eating a fish we all crapped are selves and that was that not more swimmin for us .

We arrived at are next camp bought sum sing shots amused used us for a good ohh 3mins. We all sat downt to eat anoter fantastic meal even thow i didnt know wat it was but i was starving we all fell asleep around 9 dead!!!

We set of on the last day where we walked for around an hour then went white water rafting. Emz stayed on her feet the hall trek and the las 400 meters falls cuts her hand and to make it worse it was into elephant poo!!!! great!

At the rafts it was england v ireland and lets face it we know the outcum. (Sorry boys if you read this!) then after went on a bamboo raft where it didnt even float. Useless. Anyway got to the end had sum padthia then got the truck back. That night arranged to meet wid every 1 from the group. Bad idea! irish and drink!jesus! Anyway ended up staying out till bout 5 in the mornin very messy but one of the best nights out and the best trip so far want to thank the guys we were with for making it.
