Hi All Well Seattle is living up to it's reputation for rain- it has barely stopped since I arrived on Friday. However, Seattle is all I remember it to be and more. Amy has a wonderful view of the city from her apartment and the home of the Sonics. We are off to Mount St Helens today, which has been very active recently. Later in the week I will be doing the whole tourist bit and visiting Pike Place, the Space Needle and the first Starbucks! ...

Hi all Arrived safely in Vancouver where Dot picked me up at the airport. Trying to stay awake and I am heading to the 24 hour mark, so this may not make much sense! Anyway, in an attempt to keep me awake Dot and I took a walk in her neighbourhood and had some dinner and then we drove around downtown Vancouver and had a look around. It seems like a nice city and easy to get around - time will tell. Okay time to get some sleep! Em
