Happy Easter! Sorry its been a couple of days...so, yeah last day in Melbourne-have really loved it here, altho been spending too much money... Yesterday was a wicked day-got up really early and spent morning at the museum-really cool place-got to see famous Australian racehorse Pharlap (yes, I know-who?!) and, more importantly, got to stand in the set of the Robinsons' kitchen...pics to follow-awesome! After lunch it was time for the official Neighbours Tour-so much fun! check out the photos-got very snap-happy! Ramsey Street (Pin Oak Court) is actually tiny but still very cool. The school really didnt look very familiar but still had to take the snap to say we'd been. We also invested in the most amazing souvenir- a Neighbours soundtrack-with all the background songs! You'll be so jealous! Went out for last night...sadly picked a club full of rotters-not good, all leaping in our photos! but funny anyway. Dont think we made a good impresison in our hostel-we frequently got told to shut up and yesterday we forgot to pay so they checked us out, moving all our stuff and giving our room to someone else-whoopsy! dont think they'll be sorry to see us go! So yeah, we're off to Sydney tonight-not in the way we'd originally planned-our Oz Experience bus was booked up until next weekend and we didnt want to stay here that long so we're having to get an overnight Greyhound bus. We'd also hoped to go to Canberra and see Lachlan but it proved too expensive so he might come over to Sydney to see us instead. Bit of a shame-I'd have liked to have caught up with his friends and family. The girls are trying to convince me to do the bridge climb in Sydney-not overly keen-wimped out of it last time- altho, persuaded by the idea that we might get Todd from Neighbours (remember him?!) as our tour guide! Anyway, will be in touch again once we're there...quite excited, esp as we all have friends there to meet up with. Take care, Love Emmaxx
