Hi everyone! sorry its been so long...couldnt find an internet place... so, we're in New York and having the best time. We're staying in the Upper East side with Claire's lovely aunt Carmel who is being so generous...she organised for Soph and I to go up the Empire State Building for free-bypassing all the queues...such amazing views! Then last night she arranged for us to have dinner in the funniest diner on Broadway where the waiting staff are all out of work actors who sing numbers throughout the night! before we went and saw Mamma Mia-awesome! I was beaming the whole way through! We've been pretty cultural...on Monday we went to MOMA and today we went to the Metropolitan Museum. Soph and I also did the whole Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ferry trip which was cool. As for celeb spotting...we saw Brandy at the airport! and even better...Tim Vincent! Celias favourite Blue Peter presenter! also, through yet another Claire contact we've been put on the guest list every night we're here for Soho House which is apparently one of the most exclusive clubs in New York-nice one! little bit worried Im not quite cool enough! so, we plan to hit there tomorrow night-not before we hit Soho and find ourselves some new outfits! Cant believe we're coming home on Monday-its gone by so fast! obviously Im looking forward to seeing everyone but its sad that its coming to an end and that the four of us will have to part...lots of reunion weekends in Bath and London methinks! see you all soon!
