Hi all,
We have spent the last week in Singapore and Kl. Singapore was lovely, clean, friendly and aircon underground but not that cheap!

Our guest hopuse was lovely, the staff were so helpful. We weny on a river cruise to see the sights and we tried some local food, tasty and cheap 1 or 2 pounds for a main meal. The beer was not so cheap though.

We met up with rickys cousin Lisa and her husband Phil, daughter katie rose and 10 day old little girl lily. We had a great afternoon and evening with them at their lovely appartment and local reastaurants!

We then got a train for 10 quid to KL. It took 8 hous but was through amazing scenery. Jungle, pineapple and bannana plantations etc. We arrived in KL went out for food ( a KFC as it was rickys birthday so he chose where we went) had a few beers than bed!

We visited the chintown markets and got a ticket for the sky tower. We saved our ticket until dusk and went up about 6pm. Was well worth the wait ,as soon as it got dark the views were amazing! (as you can see from my pic) Hopefully today we will take it easy around KL and we are getting the overnight bus to Kuala Busut, (i think).

Not sure when i will contact again as apparantly the island we are going to has no ATM and i dont know about internet!? We are hoping to go to redang island to do some diving and relax!
