Hi!!!

So....its been a few days because of the amount of travelling about we have been doing!!! After leaving Kanchanaburi we travelled by bus to Ayuttya which is just north. From there we caught an overnight sleeper train to the top part of thailand called Chaing Mai. This is the second biggest city and very busy. We spent only one night here and 2 days. We had a day looking around the city visting temples and looking for bargains on the markets. We also met some really nice people in our hostel who told us about the elephant sanctuary quite nearby. We decided to go and spent the day there yesterday. it was expensive but an unbelievable experience. we got to hand feed the elephants and bathe them in the river which was really cool. We spent the whole day there and got loads of photos which we are going to upload in a bit. Last night we flew down to phuket (the first island of our trip). It is BOILING here and we both got a bit sunburnt today :S the beaches are very nice and clean. Tomorrow we are thinking of moving to another area of phuket just so we can see a bit more of the island!! Speak soon xxx
