Travelled up to Cairns. Stopped off at the crocodile farm which was amazing. I was actually quiet suprised to find that all of the keepers still had al 10 fingers. Held 'Fluffy' the babty crocodile as well as a python which was definitly not a baby! Really proud of myself as everyone knows how bad I am with snakes. Had a bit of a lay in, made some progress on the whole Malaysai thing and I have booked the first few nights of accomodation and buses etc. Miserable day, raining a lot and when it rains out here it really rains! Short drive today. Managed to get a deal to take up over to Maggie Island for $44 with accomodation at Base which was good and much better than staying in Townsville for the night. Got on the ferry and then the bus with all of our luggage which was good fun! Beautiful island and the hostel was right on the beach. Sat by the pool most of the afternoon as it was soo hot. Left Magnetic Island and got back on the bus and then the ferry. Most of the bus was heading straight up to Cairns but I am stopping off in Mission Beach for a few days.
