Left Rainbow Beach to travel to 1770. Early start but there by mid afternoon. Even hotter here but really dry heat.

Went 'scooteroing' with Georgia which was a great way to spend that afternoon. Scooteroing consisted of 40 mopeds dubbed up as Harleys all driving around the streets and seeing the wild kangaroos and watching the sunset.

There weren't enough scooters as we were a massive group and there was another girl that really wanted to go so I gave her my scooter and went on the back of 'Hot Rods' REAL Harley!! I think I was much safer on the back than actually being allowed to drive.

Really beautiful sunset, over the sea which is really rare on the East coast.

Went back to the hostel and watched Babel with Georgia which made us both cry.
