Hope you have a great day on your birthday. Just returned from my triathlon training. 5 mile run, 5 miles on the bike, but only three miles in the channel, [bit cold] Tea time here, and whilst the rest of the Lamonts are eating pizza, cheese bread twists and chocolate cake with a flake thing on the top, I am having a nutritious walnut salad. for the life of me cant understand why I am 14 and a half stone at 5.8. Enjoy a nice glass of Australian shiraz at your end and we will enjoy several here. Bonzer.
Thinking of you both, and when I win the pools we will come and visit.

Hello- once again in cupboard at work having late lunch.
Thought I'd let you know I survived the hen do in Blackpool. Think we can safely say the Woodman sisters were true to form and spent some time hunting down a champagne bar only to find it had been turned into a restaurant. Not to be outdone we then found the nearest bar which sold champers and partook in it there. Think Elaine had a good time. I certainly did and partook in all the forfeits required at a hen do which amongst other things involved me wearing my bra on top of my T-shirt for a good 3 hours (take note nobody else did that one - most disappointing, but my bra was an expensive one so I was happy to show it off for a good cause). The hardest one was getting my pic taken on the bonnet of a sportscar and just as I was giving up hope as if by magic an audi quattro TT appeared. Hurray I am the champion of hen do forfeits!!! Round 2 in Annan on 10th June tho think will keep bra firmly inside this time!Then we all went to Funny Girls where I had to talk the bouncers to let Donna in (michael's Donna). Now of all the people not to be let in you wouldn't think it was Donna would you? As she stood swaying at the entrance telling the bouncer she worked for the police and clutching my stilettos (feet were agony), things looked bleak but after a wee bit of banter from the fag hag here we got her in. Then when we got in she asked if it was a man or woman not letting her in as she didn't realise it was a tranny club. Poor soul, think it was quite an eye opener for her. Not to mention the amount of drink us Woodman's forced on her, thus resulting in her falling asleep halfway through the cabaret!!! No harm done though!
Big Brother has started so life is controlled by that (much to Ross' disgust). Some right loonies in this year but it makes for great TV viewing. Millie-Ann still has her cold and has generously given it to me resulting in me having an ear infection. Can't hear a thing in my left ear so now Ross and I have one pair of working ears between us!!
Anyway, hope you have a fab birthday Em and belated greetings to Fuz. Safe travelling. xxxxxx

great to see some photos. you both look really well and very relaxed. i have spent the last week living on my nerves as there have been loads of snakes going about. they are bigger this year than we have ever seen before even musti is too scared to try and get close enough to kill them. we'r going 2morrow to get the special powder to put round the outside wall to keep them out of the garden. between them and the small lizards that have tiny feet and move and look like snakes im a quivering wreck everytime i go out the front door. going to have to drink more raki and smoke more of the water pipe they dont seem so scary then! hope you get a vehicle sorted out this week. lots of love XX

Hi folks. Yes Polly again!! Twice in a week! Actually at work & got a quiet spell, so thought i'd check out the blog. Love the photos, keep them coming. Not much happening here. Weather been crap in Sheffield , nowt but rain & more to come.
Have done nothing but laugh at Ethan.He's crawling, well sliding backwards. When he tries to go forward he rocks on his hands & knees then all of a sudden does a bunny hop.
