Well it has been a difficult week with both ups and downs. Probally a lot more downs than ups. We have applied for 3 apartments and our applications have been rejected from every single one, unfortunately due to no past rental history…we are hoping someone will give us a chance soon. Its really hard getting knocked back form somewhere you had your heart set on and there has been a few tears, mainly on my part but i know jords pretty upset too. On a better note ...

We arrived in Brisbane last night after an easy journey of about 45 mins. We are staying with my old next door neighbours from somerset road when they lived in England, Karen and Steph, they used to babysit me and the last time they saw me was probably about 15 years ago… it wasn't the easiest picking then out at the airport as i didn't really remember them from when i was 3! Anyway we are all sorted and staying with them in a house they are renting at the mome...
