Arghh... I'm exhausted!! We're still adjusting to the time difference! We were all up and ready to start our day at 1:00am, we finally for back to sleep and woke up at 3:00 and managed to get a few more hours in until finally waking up and staying up at 5:30! We've all pushed ourselves to stay up late so we sleep properly! We started our day with a lovely continental breakfast courtesy The Generator :) We started our sightseeing today by taking the tube to London bridge - when we got there we could have turned to our
Left and walked straight up and saw
London tower, however we went the
Opposite direction and walked about 7km before finally reaching our destination!! We did get to see the suburbs though which was nice. After that we went to St Pauls cathedral - it was amazing! So big and beautiful! (Dad will love this) we then took the tube to Abbey road And took the iconic beetles picture of us crossing the road :) we then walked down to lords cricket stadium before stopping at a little pub and having lunch! I had the best salmon salad I've ever eaten, it was delicious!! We then took the tube to Camden town and went to the markets! They were lots of fun :) I bought myself an oxford university jumper. We then made our way back to the hostel and whilst doing so we came to Baker St tube and it was really cool and old, so the girls and I decided to take a photo and before you knew it a man came over the loud speaker saying no photos!! Lucky our train came instantly and we could hop on and get away!! It was so embarrassing ha ha. Simon arrived today! :):) you can only guess the first place he went... The local pub ha ha :) I'm not fussed because we have to share a bed tonight and the longer he is there with Henry the longer I get the bed to myself :) We leave for France tomorrow! :)
