Well to say that today was a recovery day would be spot on. And to say that koh phangan was the hangover island would also be spot on. Sophie and I, although we didn't drink a whole lot we were still exhausted so we spent the day lazing by the beach drinking fruity fruit shakes and rehydrating.

We spent 7.5 hours on a train and 6 hours on a ferry today. The train was a long painful journey, I don't sleep well in a sitting position and even less so with the lights on.
