Today was Sophie's last day in Thailand. The last 10 days traveling with her have gone by so fast. I spent the day in the shade rehydrating and recovering from second degree burns while Sophie went shopping and soaked up the last bit of beach. In the afternoon I skyped home and chatted to mum and the kids and told them of my plans for the next few weeks of traveling solo. I had to get up and pack my belongings, call a taxi boat to come and pick is up and take us to the rickerty old pier where we would be met by a boat to take us to Koh Samui.
