WOAH, I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START!!! Hmmmmm....well hello again to you all! Sorry still haven't put the photos up....all the computers here are completely demented and its been so impossible trying to upload them but don't worry will keep trying!!! Well, we have finally left Ios after a great 10 days there! We were only planning on staying for 4 nights but just couldn't resist staying longer! The last few days there were filled with some more partying, plenty of food....but not those disgusting Gyros!!! They are the traditional Greek cheap food that you can get everywhere, i think we had bad luck with our first one though and it put us off FOREVER!! It was this pita bread stuff filled with tomatoes, more salad and the most disgusting looking, tasting, and bloody chewy pork i've ever had....ew ew ew gross!!! We also spent the last days enjoying some more tanning and exploring new and beautiful swimming pools that we could sneak into!! It was a sad day to leave beautiful ios but at least we new we were heading to a new destination - Glorious Santorini!!! We have only had two nights here in Santorini, it's our last one tonight...very sad!! It's a much different crowd here though, more sophisticated, more couples and a few more oldies around!! But it is definitely picture perfect!! The first night, we wandered around the village (Fira) and looked at all the cute little shops....looked at the beatiful views and stumbled across a great bar (cafe del mar bar) that we decided would be our stop for the next night!! Last night was a bit of a biggie!!! Played drinking games in the room, adopted some random lonely mexican called Nacho....which was completely amusing to us, meeting a mexican called Nacho!!! And then went to the town in the trolley that we had taken earlier that afternoon from the supermarket!!! hehe!! The night was a fun one and it ended with some dancing in one of the clubs! Now on to today!! Wow, wow wow!!! What a day!!! Soph, Lou and I woke up with fairly terrible hangovers but troopered on to the bus stop to get our bus that was to take us to the port where our sail boat was waiting!! We had booked a tour for the day to take us to the volcanoes, hot springs, another island and then to Ia, which is known for its picture perfect sunset!!! The volcanoes were pretty cool, i actually listened to the tour guide and learnt some interesting facts you'll all be pleased to know!! haha! Then it was to another volcanic island, where we jumped off the big sail boat into the ocean where we got to swim into the hot springs!! The hot springs are the muddy waters that are warm and brown at the shore of the volcano....pretty amazing!! Everybody was rubbing the mud all over them! Was kinda strange but a great experience! We then went back on the sail boat where it took us to another little island, this is where we had a beautiful seafood lunch.....which i don't think i'll mention the ridiculous cost of it but hey a girls gotta eat!!! :) Then back onto the sail boat (sorry so reptitive, think i'm fairly affected by an overload of sun!!) and on to Ia!! We are still here right now as i'm typing this, we had to walk up so many bloody steps though to get to the top, where we were then pleasantly greeted by a stamped of donkeys coming down the mountain!!! Very funny!!! Now just quickly about the sunset which Ia is definitely famous for! We have just watched the sun go down, only about an hour ago and it was the most undescribable sunset I've ever seen, such a beatiful, picturesque view ! It was truly amazing and soooooooo romantic!!!! There were people everywhere, it was crazy!!! Well, i hope this kinda gives you an idea of what we've been up to!! I still really miss you all and hope everything is all peachy down in australia!!! Keep posting messages on the message board, its great to hear from you all!!!!
