Hi everybody, We are now back on the North Island, about half way up on the west side at Waitomo. Tomorrow we will be going down the caves in the area which are famous for their populations of glowworms which are unique to New Zealand, so we will report on that with our next blog. Hi ~ just wanted to let you all know that we have been shaken about 3 times now - have just felt another HUGE one but we are ok - well, the building we were in was evacuated just after I wrote the above but we immediately left Christchurch and headed north so are in a campground in a tiny town about an hour north of Christchurch and are perfectly fine! We are feeling very sorry for all the people of Christchurch and the devastation of the city. M&E
