Civitavecchia is the gateway to all the magnificence of the ancient city of Rome. Depending on traffic, the drive from Civitavecchia to Rome takes approximately an hour and a half.

We decided to skip this place due to the long arduous drive and the endless queue /crowd in seeing the holy city. It's a place to see another time instead had a pampering day at the spa onboard.Bliss!!
