Hello Uncle Edward and Auntie Ruth, we wanted to say a big hello and that we hope you arrive in Peru safely. I have only one week left at school and then I am off for six weeks, we are going to go camping soon and then we are going to stay at your house. Max is really annoying at the moment because he doesn't share anything and keeps saying"mine" when its not. Daddy's motorbike broke but he mended it and mummy keeps taking me round clothes shops which is boring! we keep looking at the photos and some of them are funny. We love you lots and lots xxxxx p.s I can count up to 200 and do take away sums

I know its been a long time, but I'm back! Things are good, have been on annual leave hence the lack of messages posted and am currently sitting in the library in St.Andrews where we have been for the past week. What a wonderful place, really want to move here as the golf is first class. Played twice on a beautiful links course about ten miles away and although playing well, I couldn't resist slicing a couple into the ocean, splosh!! Met up with Richie when I was back in Harborough the day before the Equador game and by the end of the match I was rather drunk. Watched the Portugal match at home locked in the bedroom and was mighty glad to escape to St.Andrews straight after. Even you could score a penalty against Ricardo mate!! The usual shambles, but it's what we have all become used to I suppose and it was good to see that cheating b****** Rinaldo after the France game - CRYING!! Take care both of you and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Life here in Leamington Spa is all good football training is in full swing preparing for the dizzy heights of the Warwickshire Sunday League division 4. Having been promoted last season and winning player of the year i feel my responsability to the team this year is even more important so have decided to only have the 2 fags before the game now thats committment!
The Baby is fine as far as we are aware nobody has told us otherwise yet so still fingers crossed 21 November is a due date so counting the calender everyday at the minute.
Going on holiday on 18 July going for a cruise around the med to include Sardinia Rome Pisa Cannes and la Sete cannot wait to escape the rat race for a week and just chill in the sun for a while i'm so jealous of you guys.
Anyway thats my news will be intouch with everybody again soon. Keep having fun and taking care looking forward to seeing you both when you get home.

Hola Rubes and Ed! Really great to read what you're up to - Rubes I laughed so much about you, the market and the bull. You wouldn't have got away that lightly if I were with you!! Sounds like the experience of a lifetime (the travels not the bull) - and all going really smoothly. Sorry for Ed and the lousy football - I would have been embarassed if I was in another country! Anyway things are good here. I'm preparing a mamoth email Rubes as so much to tell you - sorry Ive been so useless at emailing. Have fun! Hope the Spanish is going well!! Marie xxx

Lots of people out practising football here since the game ended - they must have decided to practice for the next world cup! Looks like we were not good enough - again!! Still, Chardonnay still tastes as good as ever - and guess what? The indian take away from Stokesley has taken over an indian take away in Guisborough. Seems if you mention the Shaw's name (next door), you get extra dishes too! Had a lovely take away at Rob & Helen's last night, with Tracey. NOt too good at tennis either....or cricket, it seems. Weather's good though, and crosse fingers for our entry to the carnival float tomorrow. Only 9 weeks ? Looking forward to seeing you both soon, xxx

Hi you two worldly travelllers. Looks like you're still having the time off you life. I'm so envious I'm practically green (no it's yellow from the booze!) Ecudar looks amazing and it must have been great to be there when we played them in the foot ball(or were they not too friendly?!!!) I think that when you get you're going to be begging to borrow our tent becuase you look nice and comfy there in the jungle with no electricity or hair dryers.
Had Caz and Mel round last night and were all talking about you.... missed you. Mel wasn't quite as drunk as last time but still on very good form talking about......Unichs!!!!Only 6 weeks till our trip and still no visa or anything yet but I'm sure we'll get there. Anyway, back to work. Happy travelling. Keep on with the updates. Lots of love

Hello again you two adventurers !!! It was great to talk to you the other day and to see your latest photos - what an amazing time you seem to be having. We were wondering about you, Edward, when the match was on the other day - was it worth watching it? The excitement was so great that I fell asleep for 15 minutes!! Back in the old routine here after a lovely time away at Rudston last week - the weather has again gone pear-shaped so that's no suprise. We can't compare our lives with yours - the only things we look forward to is BBQ's on the patio, having just purchased a new one we have had 3 in no time at all. Work is busy at present (when I'm not on holiday) and I'm having to go in an extra day this week - no doubt mother has thought of ways to spend the extra. We'll sign off for now and as usual send our love and best wishes to you both and look forward to more postcards and photos in due course. Do take care - lots of love from Mum and Dad xxxxxxx

Ok, I should not have attempted to formulate a message yesterday, however it's a new day and the hangover is now just a distant memory! Fabulous photo's, it was good to see them as I was beginning to worry a little bit about you. It seems that your adventures get more and more exciting, how are you going to adjust to life in Rothley when you return? We are all fine, have just booked a holiday to Majorca in October so Ben gets to go on a plane, which he is very excited about. My hay fever is awful, did the jungle trigger your allergy Ed?! I have also spent another week taking responsibility for our grandparents well being, as mum and dad have been away again! Well we plan to settle down to watch the football later....I hope you get to watch the match safely Ed, we are all missing you. lots and lots of love xxxxxxxx
