Arrived in Rottenest after an early rise to catch the ferry from Freemantle. The island itself was beautiful- full of deserted beaches, corals perfect for snorkelling, loads of wildlife and because there are no cars, no pollution at all. 7/10/06- 9/10/06Arrived in Ko Pha Ngan midday on Friday after a grueling 16 hour taxi/bus/boat trip from Bangkok- but it was sure worth it! We traveled down with an American called Brad who we met in Bangkok and shared our bungalow with him.
