It's the 15th February and we are in Ho Chi Min City (formally Saigon) for one night. After being majorly ripped off for a 2 minute cab journey Grrr! We checked into our hotel, and decided to check out the Vietnam war museum. It was very interesting although we went in not really knowing anything about it and came out a bit confused! We also thought it was very one sided, and if I was an American I definitely would feel a bit awkward walking around. It's sad as you see pictures of children born after the war with awful birth defects as a result of chemicals used during attacks.
We also visited Saigon zoo and sweated our way round the enclosures seeing the elephants and loads more animals before having a little nap (like total 5 year olds!)
Ho Chi Min city was really busy and had loads of nightlife and shops. We were shocked to see a Tony and Guy salon and Dermalogica and OPI shops!
