It's the 1st June and we spent the afternoon in Sedona in Arizona on the way to the Grand Canyon.
We looked around the town which was like a cowboy town with all the buildings blending in with the red rocks in the area. We met a genuine cowboy and had a photo, he had a gun in his belt and a knife in his boot!
For lunch we were brave and tried a cactus fries, buffalo and rattle snake platter which was different. The rattle snake and cactus fries were quite nice but I wasn't keen on the buffalo!
Arizona is really cool, driving along we saw loads of cacti and the huge red rocks which if you look carefully you start to see things like faces that look like they are formed out of the rock.
Tonight we are staying in cabins in the Grand Canyon national park and tomorrow morning we are doing a helicopter ride over the canyon which I'm really excited about!
