We got to Wellington very late on Monday night, it was pouring with rain and the coldest weather we have experienced since that dreadful winter we had back in England last November - February. We decided to stay in Base Backpackers because it was highly recommended by our B.U.G guide book. It was a fantastic hostel, had a TV in the room and the hugest bed we have ever slept in!
