I was just thinking about you and wondering how your trip was going? Things are great in Nelson. I have a new band together and it's alot of fun and we have an upcoming show. I think I will be farming again this year. Sounds like you are having a good time and can't wait to see you again.

Jaimie, Michelle, Tara won their last tournament here and are going to Hoopla on the weekend. A great victory for them. Brett is planning to go and watch. Everyone is healthy at the present.

Hi Drew, We just got home from Fernie last night and you missed a really great time. The snow conditions were fantastic and we had about 8 inches of powder one morning. Anyway, I'm sure that we will be able to go skiing with you some other year. Talked to Rob last night and your band has been asked to open for the Headpins. I guess they are going to try to hire a lead guitarist cus you're not here. Also, just wanted to let you know that I got tickets for Metallica and am taking Ryan, Ty and Shayne. Sure wish you could go with us. Take care during Carnival, I've heard it can be a bit scary. Lots of prayers from our family. Mrs. D.

Hey Drew!

Looks like you are having an awesome time down there! Wish I was there but oh well. I am so jealous that you get to go to Carnival! I think that would be a blast! But we will be closer to you this week because mom, dad, and I are heading to Cozumel, Mexico tomorrow. So that will be a good time. The weather here has been better then ever - it feels like spring. But I am sure that will change once March hits us. I also get weekly (well more like daily) updates from grandma because she tells me thats she phones you A LOT! :)

Well I have to run because I am not packed yet... So I hope you are having an amazing time and of course....be safe!

P.S. If you ever get to the west side of the state of Bahia, I guess my dad has a friend over there that has a farm. His name is Jeff Topp and he is from Carrington, North Dakota. I am sure they wouldn't mind seeing someone from North America!! :)

Hey Drew:

Right now we are in El Salvador just finishing up our week of work with Campus Crusade. Its been awesome to see God at work. We've met political, community, business, education and armed forces people and been able to share Jesus with them. Quite a few have responded positively. One young man, who is a praise and worship leader from Saskatoon reminds us so much of you. Your guitar playing and leading and mannerisms are quite similar.

Another question. Remember the day before you left for Chile and you had those new pants? Have you figured out yet how to keep them up?? Just a private joke.

We are praying for you and hoping that you will soon have a job and a place to stay.
