Hi all Well it's been a busy time since our last blog so I will try and remember all that we have done. Geraldton was great and we especially loved the museum tour with the history of the first explorers from overseas and their shipwreck disasters in the 1700's. They also have an amazing memorial in memory of the people who lost their lives when the HMAS Sydney was sunk in World War 2. This wreck was actually not found until 2008. On our way south we stopped at The Pinnacles some amazing limestone formations originally made from seashell fossils There are three theories as to how they were formed but I won't get into that. There are thousands of them and you can either drive or walk through them.

Greetings. Arrived in Kalbarri after a nights freedom camping and we found ourselves leaving the bushy plains and into grass farmland paddocks with sheep which looks more like NZ. Well Gidday One of the highlights after leaving Denham was a visit to Ocean Park Aquarium away out of town by the sea where you get a one hour tour by a marine biologist who was very knowledgeable with a witty sense of humour. The tour included a shark feed, the largest of the 12 was 140kg and then we went around about another 8 pools with everything from large barramundi to all the other local fish.
