I'm getting bored of this tiger! Currently in Queenstown for 3 nights. Sunday, I just stayed at the hotel where the tour started. Shared a room with an Aussie and an American, both were nice guys but were not on my tour, but on an identical tour which runs in the opposite direction. Must admit, i'm not enjoying it, i didn't realise when I booked it that it was for 18-35 years old and is similar to the famous 18-30 holidays, people being stupid, drinking all night, most are under 21 and they behave like kids, am not impressed. Have to share a room with 4 guys, last night they had a non-clothes party, so they all got excited and dressed in big-bags, cardboard boxes etc. Idiots. Today, walked up a glacier, took all morning and fairly tiring. That was after only getting only a few hours sleep for two nights in a row, I get grumpy when tired (and surrounded by these people). Wednesday and Thursday night I can get a single room but it will cost me 140 dollars, probably worth it for my sanity. Might quit the tour if it continues as is. Tomorrow, I am booked on a tandem skydive! Half hoping the weather is too bad. The landscape is beautiful but am not appreciating it cos i'm being a grumpy, unsociable old git. You have your every own Grumpy Old Men programme (TV Show). I'm gonna try and book a flight to Austrialia tomorrow, flight for the 16th. Got two cousins there, Heath and Theresa, I didn't realise they were there otherwise would of planned my previous flights better. Will update you further tomorrow.
