'ello, have now left Thailand and am in the Communist Peoples Republic of Loas! It's a lot laid back than Thailand, got my visa on entry, had to pay an extra US dollar cos it was the weekend (to pay for their overtime). The airport was small, once outside, it was surrounded by huts and mountains in the background, hardly an metropolis.
