This morning we woke up to a much higher altitude I think. I went out for my morning run at my normal pace and nearly imploded my lungs. I thoughts my eardrums were going to burst after I was done. Then I couldn't stop coughing with tight lungs and realized it was asthma! The younger two boys had similar ear issues. Panadol eased that.
