Had a good nights sleep woke at 8am but 6am uk time. Meet the others at west’s for breakfast. Sam and I have decided we will be doing exercises all week to stay fit ! Joined the gym 4 weeks ago and go to classes most days I love it. Went shopping bought a couple of pairs of shorts and a top. Met the others at a pool bar/restaurant. Stayed there all day swimming went back for dinner in the evening. A lovely chilled out day very hot here

Went to body pump class at 6.45 am then onto work. Left work at 11am picked up Rosie and Pete. Went onto Amanda and Paul’s to get taxi to the airport. Had a lovely meal in Jamie Oliver’s met up with Steve and Julia who are flying to France. We are off to Turkey. Couple of nights in a hotel then sailing for a week followed by 3 nights in yacht classic , need to get a tan looking white ! Our flight was delayed an hour due to the police taking a couple off !
