Breakfast around 9 and left the hotel 9.45 first stop Hartleys crocodile park. Saw lots of animals and watched crocodiles being fed. Also went on a boat trip. Amazing how big the crocodiles get and how long they live for. Left around 1pm and drove to cairns had a walk along the seafront. There was a large open air public pool but it was raining little so didn’t swim, had lunch in rattle and hum then got in car to drive back to hotel. On the way home saw a load of bats just hanging around in a tree they were so big ! And yuk ! We Packed bags and dinner in hotel. Gavin looked after us - he was here when Sam was Working here along with Shane and Jessica not many other staff the same. So glad we stayed here. It rained on and off a lot but managed to keep dry. Surprised the bar closes at 9pm but in bed by 10pm as leaving at 6am tomorrow to fly to Sydney
