The Athens Happy Train . Could this be the "Metro " ? ☺️

Made it to Athens Greece today via the high speed ferry "champion jet 1 " . We got a cab to our hotel and then went for some shopping in a part of Athens called "Monastiraki" . A great place for the big tourist shops close to the Acropolis . Then we found a great Greek restaurant and had a super good meal .

We Made it to Athens , and found our hotel for the night . We walked about one kilometre to a square and found a place for an out door bite of Greek salad , some local red wine and some bread . Then we grabbed lattes and walked back to our hotel. Tomorrow we are off to the Island of Naxos .
