Lovely old style buildings on and over the Pegnitz River which runs through the heart of Nuremburg. Many buildings are built on the river edge with numerous bridges crossing the river, sometimes on a hundred metres apart. The bridges are very pretty and quite ornate in design and highly decorated for christmas .
